Here is my simple recipe to cream of chicken with rice 🙂
Not much of a recipe I guess more as generic instructions or a guideline to follow. I’ll explain what works for me. I use 2 cans of cream of chicken and I mix in 4 cups of heavy whipping cream. Stirring occasionally until it comes to a simmer. I add 1 cup of Rice and an extra cup of water. I bring to a low boil and constantly stir for around 45 minutes or until the rice is cooked 🙂
