Chicken Fried Rice from Scratch

This is my chicken fried rice from scratch recipe, its a long one but is well worth the work in the end so I hope you give it a try!

What you’re going to need:

2 cups cooked (your choice) rice

5 good size chicken tenderloins

1 bag mixed vegetables with corn, beans, peas, carrots, ect.

4 Eggs (scrambled)

Hoyisen sauce

teriyaki sauce

Soy sauce

Minced Garlic (I use pre minced in a jar)

1 Onion



start by cooking the rice, I boil the chicken for this recipe to save time. start by frying the vegetables with the onion and garlic and add the scrambled eggs and cook. once this is cooked put in a bowl and set aside, fry the chicken until cooked all the way. next start frying the rice, and add the chicken and the vegetables & eggs. once the rice starts to fry add a good layer of soy sauce, a generous amount of teriyaki sauce and hoyisen sauce once the rice starts to look nice and fried it is done, put in a bowl to serve and garnish with parsley 🙂
